Working Principle:
This emergency radio and flashlight adopts the principle of cranking for power. After voltagestablizing, the flashlight charges its inside 80mAh/3.6V chargeable battery or charges a mobilephone through a connecting wire (It doesn’t charge the inside battery at this time). We use the lighting switch to control the functions of 1 LED or 3 LEDs lighting. It adopts special alarm CMOS chip to meet an emergency, controled by the warning/radio shifting switch, the alarm volume can’t be adjusted; It adopts special radio CMOS chip CD2003 to finish the reception function of FM/AM,controled by FM/AM shifting switch, the radio volume can be adjusted.

Operation:
1. Lighting:
Unlockthe handle, hold the unit and crank the handle by the other hand at the speed of 1.5-2.5 circles per second for about 1 minute. Push the lighting switch forward,3 LEDs are on, push it backward, 1 LED is on, keep it in middle, the light is off.
2. Charge for Mobilephone
A> Insert one end of the charging cables into the mobilephone and the other end into this product.
B> Unlock the handle, hold the unit and crank the handle by the other hand at the speed of 1.5-2.5 circles per second , when the mobilephone gives indication, it means charging.
3. Radio
a. Rotate the volume dial clockwise to turn on the radio, the volume will be amplified as you go on rotating.
b. Turn on the warning/radio shifting switch to radio function and FM/AM shifting switch to the wave band that you want to search.
c. Turn the “searching dial” to search stations
d. If the effect of reception is not very good, you can pull out the antenna for FM and change positions of this product for AM to improve the radio effect.
e. Turn off the radio, rotate the volume dial anticlcokwise to end , when you hear a “click” sound , it means off.
Warning
Press thewarning button can make it work at any circumstances.If you feel the volume is low, crank it at once.
Caution
1. Fully insert the plug into the socket, otherwise it possibly leads to circuit shut off.
2. Crank it as even as possible (keep rotating steady). Too slowly cranking would make current weak and prolong charging time, and too violent cranking possibly damages the power transferring system.
3. Pay attention to the holding gesture when cranking so as not to hurt your fingers.
4. Do not place this product in where temperature or humidity is high.
5. This product may not fully charge a mobilephone.
6. Strictly use the cable that our company specify to charge the specified mobilephones , or it will possibly damage the mobile phone or its battery.
7. In order to prolong the using life of the battery, crank it at least once a month for more than 1 minute . Do not crank it for power continuously for more than 20 minutes.
8. Avoid places like high building, basement, etc as possible as you can, such places will badly influence the effect of the reception.
